Carly Griblin

Lead Escrow Officer

Carly began working in the title industy in 2014 and joined Corridor Title’s Team in April 2016.  Carly benefits from over ten years of experience with a respected Credit Union in her home state of Florida, and has progressed remarkably during her time in the Texas Title Industry. Her attention to detail and connection with the Client has developed deserved respect within the San Marcos real estate community, and we are extremely proud to welcome her to the Corridor Title Professional Family. With a focus on the San Marcos Residential Resale Market, the sky is the limit for Carly in the coming years.   

Carly was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, and has overcome her Seminole Roots and matured into quite the Texas State University Bobcat Fan. Married to Derek, they are proud parents of two kids. Carly enjoys cooking with her husband, college football, reading, time outdoors in beautiful San Marcos, anything water related, running, and is transitioning from executioner to green thumb gardener… Above all, Carly loves that her job affords her the opportunity to work with people in our community and to be a material part of making our customers’ home ownership dreams come true. 

Dawn Stich

Escrow Assistant

Dawn arrived on Corridor Title's Dripping Springs Escrow Team in November 2016, and joined the San Marcos Office in May 2018. In addition to her experience at Corridor Title, Dawn benefits from extensive experience in title and related industries. Starting in a title company at age 18, Dawn followed that tenure with a well-regarded tax certification service, and over ten years with a firm specializing in commercial property tax valuation, compliance and negotiation. Dawn’s attention to detail, professionalism and long-term desire to grow within the title industry make her a great fit for Corridor Title.

Dawn is from Central Texas, graduated from Marble Falls High School, and resides in San Marcos. She is the proud mother of three children -- Caleb, Kinsey and Connor. In her spare time, Dawn loves movies, traveling, bike riding with her kids, and spending time in parks and museums with her little ones. She particularly enjoys listening to her son play the saxophone and going to his band concerts.


Meghan Hunter

Administrative Assistant

Meghan joined the Corridor Title Team in July 2018, and is particularly drawn to the firm’s values and culture. Interested in starting with a company that provides for a meaningful, long-term career, Meghan rose to the top of a talented applicant pool, and her Corridor Title colleagues have been excited to welcome her aboard. 

Meghan grew up in McAllen, Texas, moved to Kyle in 2013, and graduated from Lehman High School. Meghan continues to pursue her bachelor’s degree, and is the proud mother of  Averleigh Grace. Meghan and her husband, Dakota Hunter, are members of Vertical Chapel in Kyle, and are excited to raise their family in Hays County. Meghan loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys crafts and baking in her spare time.
