Corporate Leadership

Patrick M. Rose

President

Patrick founded Corridor Title in October 2010, and serves as its President. He is responsible for managing the company, directing client services and development, and implementing Corridor Title’s growth strategy. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School and Princeton University, and was first licensed to practice law in May 2006.

Patrick was born and raised in Dripping Springs, graduated from its public schools, and is active in the Austin, Dripping Springs, San Marcos and New Braunfels communities. Prior to founding Corridor Title, he served Hays, Caldwell, and Blanco Counties for eight years in the Texas House of Representatives. Patrick strongly believes that his responsibility, and that of Corridor Title and its team members, is to deliver a world-class quality customer service, understand our markets and their participants better than Corridor Title's friendly competitors, and to purposefully serve the communities of our region.

In furtherance of the final goal, Patrick's current civic involvement includes the following: Greater San Marcos Partnership, Chair; Real Estate Council of Austin, Chair; City of Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Member and Prior Chair; and New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Executive Committee Member. Patrick's previous service includes Texas State University Development Foundation, Board Member, Treasurer and Co-Chair of the 2016 Strategic Planning Effort; and Texas Land Title Association PAC, Fundraising Co-Chair. Patrick lives in San Marcos with his wife, Anna, and sons, Henry and Charlie, where they are members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.

Erin Campbell

Senior Vice President, Title & Escrow Operations

Erin joined Corridor Title’s Team in March 2017 after a comprehensive, region-wide search, and her arrival immediately provided a substance and reach to the firm’s valued clients that is unique in the industry. Erin’s preference for Corridor Title, and the firm’s enthusiasm with regard to her arrival, is evidence of something that is counter to a prevailing industry trend – Corridor Title prioritizes the opportunity to provide a title examination process and product that is second to none in the region, and on par with any firm in the country. Erin’s deep history in the industry began in 1998 and progressed to her leadership of a large title department in Central Texas, where she served as Chief Title Officer since 2011.

Erin was born and raised in New Mexico, moved to Texas in 1996, and is married to her best friend and partner since they were 17 years old, Troy Aiello. She loves cooking, camping, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. Erin and Troy enjoy their two pampered cats, Bitzy and Sully, and consider the Austin area their forever home.

Laura Dupont

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Laura joined Corridor Title's Team in July 2013, and benefits from experience as a realtor and former client of our San Marcos Office. As such, she understands the critical perspective of Corridor Title's current and future clients, and brings a unique and compelling understanding of the local and regional real estate market to her current role. Laura's leadership has proved to be foundational to Corridor Title's work in service to our clients and the San Marcos and New Braunfels communities, and she is poised to grow her footprint of service to all communities between Austin and San Antonio in the years to come.

Laura is a native Texan, resident of San Marcos, and graduate of Texas State University. Laura's active involvement in Hays and Comal Counties is purposeful and substantial - she serves as Incoming President of the Greater Austin HBA - Hays County Chapter, Governmental Affairs Co-Chair of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Co-Chair of the Greater San Marcos Partnership's K-12 Implementation Work Group, Member of the SMCISD Facility Planning Steering Committee, Vice Chair of the Hays Caldwell Women's Center Board of Directors, and Executive Board Member of the San Marcos Education Foundation. Laura and her husband, Shawn, have the pleasure of raising three wonderful children in the San Marcos Public Schools - Jack, Gus and Ruby, and are active members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.

Kim Fernea

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Kim joined the Corridor Title Team in January 2013, and brings a level of professionalism, a commitment to proactive service, and a history in sales and marketing that is a compelling fit for Corridor Title and our clients in both the Dripping Springs and Greater Austin markets.  Kim was one of four sales representatives given the task of creating and growing Dell's K-12 public education division, and her responsiveness and dedication to the client's needs played a crucial role in her proven track record of success throughout, and subsequent to, her work at Dell.  The same work ethic, commitment to understanding the needs of her clients, and partnership-oriented approach has served Kim well at Corridor Title, and the last four years have exceeded all expectations.

Kim is a resident of Dripping Springs and a graduate of the University of Texas. Kim's active involvement in the Dripping Springs Community is significant, as she serves on the Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee and is a consistent and valued presence at City of Dripping Springs Council and Commission Hearings. And, related to Corridor Title's service to the Austin Market, Kim's professional and personal history in Austin, as well as her increasing involvement in the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute, distinguish her as an effective leader, present and future, of Corridor Title's development efforts in service to the Greater Austin Market. Kim and her husband, David, are the proud parents of sons Weston and Ethan.

Jayne Heckmann

Senior Vice President & CFO, Corporate Support & Strategy

Jayne Heckmann has worked in the real estate profession and the title industry for more than a decade. She is responsible for human resources and all things financial at Corridor Title -- a large task given Corridor's current growth, within Dripping Springs, San Marcos, and Austin. It's Jayne's hard work and diligence that keeps Corridor's trains running, and her background in Escrow, as well as her experience working with and for Lenders, Buyers, Sellers, and Realtors, serves Jayne well. She is a doer, and welcomes the challenge of helping lead a growing company focused on customer service.

Having moved to Dripping Springs with her husband and three children in 1988, Jayne has watched the community grow. And she has watched our community, in the midst of this growth, build upon many of the unique attributes – schools, churches, youth sports – that brought her family here those many years ago. Her outside interests include singing in the church choir, sewing, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
