Kim Fernea

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Kim, who serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team, joined the firm in January 2013, and brings a level of professionalism, a commitment to proactive service, and a history in sales and marketing that is a compelling fit for Corridor Title and our clients in the Austin, Dripping Springs, and Greater Austin Markets. Kim was one of four sales representatives given the task of creating and growing Dell's K-12 public education division, and her responsiveness and dedication to the client's needs played a crucial role in her proven track record of success throughout, and subsequent to, her work at Dell. The same work ethic, commitment to understanding the needs of her clients, and partnership-oriented approach have served Kim well at Corridor Title as she focuses on the firm’s growing service to the Commercial and Residential Markets in Austin, Dripping Springs, and the Greater Austin Region. In addition to her active stewardship of the development side of the business, Kim leads the operational side of Corridor Title’s Escrow Divisions in the Austin and Dripping Springs Communities. 

Kim is a resident of Dripping Springs and a graduate of the University of Texas. Kim's active involvement in Austin and Dripping Springs Communities is purposeful and substantial, and includes the following: Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Opportunity Austin, Lead Investor and active volunteer; Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute, member and active volunteer; Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Immediate Past Chair; and City of Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Chair. Kim and her husband, David, are the proud parents of sons Weston and Ethan. 


Laura Dupont

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Laura, who serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team, joined the firm in July 2013, and benefits from experience as a realtor and former client of our San Marcos Office. As such, she understands the critical perspective of Corridor Title's current and future clients, and brings a unique and compelling understanding of the local and regional real estate market to her current role. Laura's leadership has proved to be foundational to Corridor Title's work in service to our clients and the San Marcos and New Braunfels communities, and she is poised to grow her footprint of service to all communities between Austin and San Antonio in the years to come. 

Laura is a native Texan, resident of San Marcos, and graduate of Texas State University. Laura's active involvement in Hays and Comal Counties is purposeful and substantial - she serves as Incoming President of the Greater Austin HBA - Hays County Chapter, Governmental Affairs Co-Chair of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Co-Chair of the Greater San Marcos Partnership's K-12 Implementation Work Group, Member of the SMCISD Facility Planning Steering Committee, Vice Chair of the Hays Caldwell Women's Center Board of Directors, and Executive Board Member of the San Marcos Education Foundation. Laura and her husband, Shawn, have the pleasure of raising three wonderful children in the San Marcos Public Schools - Jack, Gus and Ruby, and are active members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.


Zach Biales

Director, Commercial Development

Zach joined the Corridor Title Team in July 2019, eager to get back to his real estate roots in his hometown of Austin, Texas. Zach is a Westlake High School graduate with family and close friends who call Austin home, and he is deeply committed to the present and future success of Austin and the Central Texas Region. Zach arrives at Corridor Title benefiting from years of client-centered sales experience, with the common thread being his deep commitment to the success of those in his orbit, and a sincere and relationship-oriented focus on his clients. Additionally, it is a true benefit to the community as Zach returns to his Austin roots, and begins a long-term path in the commercial real estate sector.

Zach and his wife Brittany are Baylor Bears and the proud parents of three beautiful, young children - Weston, Avery and Drew. Upon relocating to Austin, Zach and Brittany look forward to joining Austin Ridge Church, and to actively involving themselves and their children in the Church’s purposeful ministry.


Keely Sonlitner

Account Executive, Development
​Serving the San Marcos Community

Keely joined the Corridor Title Team in November 2016, and brings with her valued experience as a San Marcos resident and native, as well as the perspective of a Realtor involved in the San Marcos market and Four Rivers Board of Realtors. Her devotion to her home town, the Central Texas Region, and the real estate industry as a whole make her a perfect fit for Corridor Title’s Development Team, and Keely has added value from day one.

Keely is a San Marcos High School and Texas State University Graduate, earning her BS in Criminal Justice and an MA in Legal Studies. She currently serves as the 2019 President of the San Marcos Education Foundation (SMEF) as well as the Skeet Shoot Committee Chair for SMEF.  In 2018, Keely was elected to serve on the Board of Directors with the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce and is active with the Government Affairs Advisory Council within the Chamber.  She is an active member of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors and serves as the San Marcos Governmental Affairs Subcommittee Chair and sits on the Professional Development Committee as well. In 2017, Keely was chosen as a Shining Star Under 40 and was awarded the 2018 Four Rivers Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year.  She is also a graduate of Leadership San Marcos, Class of 2019 and is currently participating in the Texas Realtor Leadership Program.  Keely is an active and proud mother to her son Liam (8), and loves to read and travel in her free time.  


Heidi Aleman

Account Manager, Development
Serving the New Braunfels Community

Heidi joined the Corridor Title Team in September 2017, and brings a depth of commitment to the New Braunfels Community that is truly compelling. Prior to her arrival, Heidi served as Program Director for the New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation since 2006, and recently became and NBISD Ambassador.  Heidi is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and active with Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®.  Her involvement with the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce began in 2001, and has included service as a Board Member, Blue Coat Ambassador, and as Chair of various committees.  Additionally, she sits as a Commissioner on the City of New Braunfels Civil Service Commission and is a Board Member for the New Braunfels Downtown Association.

Heidi received her BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University, is the proud mother of sons Zakary and Dylan, and has been married to her husband, Lonny, for 20 years. Heidi is an avid Unicorn, supporting her sons’ various extracurricular activities (theater, football, basketball and track), as well as her husband – a NBHS alumni, teacher and coach. The Alemans attend Oakwood Church. Heidi looks forward to Bible studies with friends, traveling and theater shows at the Majestic.


Denise Schroeder

Account Executive, Development
Serving the Dripping Springs Community

Denise joined Corridor Title’s Team in January 2018, and continues her record of service to her local community of Dripping Springs, where she has been a proud resident since 1997. Prior to her great work with Corridor Title, Denise worked as a Realtor of renown, navigating alongside her clients some of the most complicated real estate transactions, involving such opportunity-rich challenges as residential land development and site excavation. Denise is uniquely qualified to understand and serve the needs of this one-of-a-kind region.  

Denise is a native Texan and she and her husband have three children, one in high school and two in college.  Denise is an active member of the PTA, a member of Dripping Springs Chamber Leadership Class, serves on the Dripping Springs Education Foundation Board, is Co-Chair of DS Chamber Membership,  and serves on the Chamber EDC.  She and her family together enjoy traveling, camping, and taking in the outdoors.  


Lauren Finnegan

Account Executive, Development
Serving the Austin Residential Market 

Lauren is a deeply respected Corridor Title alumni who rejoined the team in June 2018 after spending several years full-speed with her beautiful daughters. With over eight years of experience in Escrow, and a remarkable combination of warmth, sincerity and professionalism, Lauren is a natural and welcomed addition to Corridor Title’s growing Development Team. And Lauren’s focus on the Luxury Residential Market in Austin is a natural extension of her years of experience in escrow, her knowledge of the Austin Market, and previous collaborations with her valued Corridor Title clients and colleagues. 

Lauren and her husband Shane are the proud parents of two amazing girls – Aubrey (6 yrs) and Ava (4 yrs). An Austin native, Lauren is a remarkably talented vocalist and a graduate from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. You can find Lauren taking in live music, baking, and spending time with family and friends here in our beautiful Austin community.
