Kim Fernea

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Kim joined the Corridor Title Team in January 2013, and brings a level of professionalism, a commitment to proactive service, and a history in sales and marketing that is a compelling fit for Corridor Title and our clients in both the Dripping Springs and Greater Austin markets.  Kim was one of four sales representatives given the task of creating and growing Dell's K-12 public education division, and her responsiveness and dedication to the client's needs played a crucial role in her proven track record of success throughout, and subsequent to, her work at Dell.  The same work ethic, commitment to understanding the needs of her clients, and partnership-oriented approach has served Kim well at Corridor Title, and the last four years have exceeded all expectations. 

Kim is a resident of Dripping Springs and a graduate of the University of Texas. Kim's active involvement in the Dripping Springs Community is significant, as she serves on the Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee and is a consistent and valued presence at City of Dripping Springs Council and Commission Hearings. And, related to Corridor Title's service to the Austin Market, Kim's professional and personal history in Austin, as well as her increasing involvement in the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute, distinguish her as an effective leader, present and future, of Corridor Title's development efforts in service to the Greater Austin Market. Kim and her husband, David, are the proud parents of sons Weston and Ethan.  


Laura Dupont

Senior Vice President, Development & Operations

Laura joined Corridor Title's Team in July 2013, and benefits from experience as a realtor and former client of our San Marcos Office. As such, she understands the critical perspective of Corridor Title's current and future clients, and brings a unique and compelling understanding of the local and regional real estate market to her current role. Laura's leadership has proved to be foundational to Corridor Title's work in service to our clients and the San Marcos and New Braunfels communities, and she is poised to grow her footprint of service to all communities between Austin and San Antonio in the years to come. 

Laura is a native Texan, resident of San Marcos, and graduate of Texas State University. Laura's active involvement in Hays and Comal Counties is purposeful and substantial - she serves as Incoming President of the Greater Austin HBA - Hays County Chapter, Governmental Affairs Co-Chair of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Co-Chair of the Greater San Marcos Partnership's K-12 Implementation Work Group, Member of the SMCISD Facility Planning Steering Committee, Vice Chair of the Hays Caldwell Women's Center Board of Directors, and Executive Board Member of the San Marcos Education Foundation. Laura and her husband, Shawn, have the pleasure of raising three wonderful children in the San Marcos Public Schools - Jack, Gus and Ruby, and are active members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.


Brittany Morrison

Director, Commercial Development

Brittany joined the Corridor Title Team in February 2018, and brings a deep commitment to the Austin Commercial Real Estate Industry, substantive Escrow experience, and a long-term commitment to the success of our Community and Region that distinctly fit the Firm’s focus on the Austin Commercial Market. Brittany’s intellect, sincerity and work ethic since she began in commercial real estate in March 2010 are well and deservedly regarded, and her professional and civic accomplishments are remarkable at such a young age. Recently featured as a “Rising Star” Finalist by the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power, Brittany is a leader, present and future, whose star is bright. 

Brittany is an Austin native and proud graduate of Hyde Park Baptist Church & School, as well as Texas A&M University. Brittany’s active involvement in the Austin Community is as diverse as it is deep, in and outside of Commercial Real Estate. A 2017 recipient of the prestigious “BIG Giver” award by I Live Here I Give Here, Brittany’s purposeful work in support of Hospice Austin is both personal to her, and a subject of deserved community respect. And Brittany has recently joined the Board of the Hospice Austin Fund, a cause for which she cares deeply. Additionally, Brittany’s substantive involvement with the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute has made a material impact on both organizations, and she joined the RECA Board of Directors in December 2018. Brittany and her husband, Britt, are the proud parents of Beckett Mackenzie, who is the light of their lives.  


Keely Sonlitner

Account Executive, Development
​Serving the San Marcos Community

Keely joined the Corridor Title Team in November 2016, and brings with her valued experience as a San Marcos resident and native, as well as the perspective of a Realtor involved in the San Marcos market and Four Rivers Board of Realtors. Her devotion to her home town, the Central Texas Region, and the real estate industry as a whole make her a perfect fit for Corridor Title’s Development Team, and Keely has added value from day one.

Keely is a San Marcos High School and Texas State University Graduate, earning her BS in Criminal Justice and an MA in Legal Studies. She is an active member of the Four Rivers Board of Realtors’ Programs and Scholarship Committees, as well as the San Marcos Main Street Association’s Promotions Committee. Keely is an active and proud mother to her son Liam (6), and loves to read and travel in her free time.  


Lizzy Jarvis

Account Executive, Development
​Serving the Austin Community

Lizzy joined the Corridor Title Team in February 2016, and offers a unique perspective as a native Austinite deeply committed to the success and growth of our community and region. Lizzy has seen the evolution of the Austin skyline over the years, which provides Corridor Title a first hand perspective of the Austin market. Lizzy joins Corridor Title’s Business Development Team with the benefit of a strong marketing and sales background, formal Sandler Training, and her genuine nature and commitment to client success are immediately discernable.

Lizzy is a proud alumnus of Austin High and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a dual degree in Art Education and Studio Art. She held leadership positions in numerous clubs and charities, and was an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. An enthusiastic, self-motivated, natural leader, the sky is the limit for Lizzy Jarvis on the Corridor Title Team.


Heidi Aleman

Account Manager, Development
Serving the New Braunfels Community

Heidi joined the Corridor Title Team in September 2017, and brings a depth of commitment to the New Braunfels Community that is truly compelling. Prior to her arrival, Heidi served as Program Director for the New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation since 2006, and was recently licensed as a Realtor. Her active involvement with the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce began in 2001, and has included service as a Board Member, Blue Coat Ambassador, and as Chair of various committees.

Heidi received her BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University, is the proud mother of sons Zakary (15) and Dylan (13), and has been married to her husband, Lonny, for 18 years. Heidi is an avid Unicorn, supporting her sons’ various extracurricular activities (theater, football, basketball and track), as well as her husband – a NBHS alumni, teacher and coach. The Alemans attend Oakwood Church. Heidi looks forward to Bible studies with friends, traveling, theater shows at the Majestic and supporting the Unicorns on all levels.


Denise Schroeder

Account Executive, Development

Denise joined Corridor Title’s Team in January 2018, and continues her record of service to her local community of Dripping Springs, where she has been a proud resident since 1997. Prior to her great work with Corridor Title, Denise worked as a Realtor of renown, navigating alongside her clients some of the most complicated real estate transactions, involving such opportunity-rich challenges as residential land development and site excavation. Denise is uniquely qualified to understand and serve the needs of this one-of-a-kind region.  

Denise is a native Texan and she and her husband (of 25 years!) have raised three thriving children, ranging from middle school, high school, and one who just started as a Wildcat at Abilene Christian University. Denise is meaningfully involved with Cross Country as a Track Booster President and is a PTA member in both Dripping Springs Middle School and Dripping Springs High School. She and her family together enjoy traveling, camping, and taking in the outdoors.
