Rachel Muennink

Vice President & Lead Escrow Officer

Rachel joined Corridor Title’s Team in April 2016, benefits from over ten years as a stand-out in the Title Industry, and provides a refreshing combination of professionalism and grace throughout the arc of her client’s involvement with Corridor Title. Raised in a Title Industry family in Hondo, Texas, Rachel started work in her hometown after class and during holidays and summers while in high school. In short, Rachel is remarkably professional and experienced for her young age, and Corridor Title’s clients within the Austin luxury residential market have taken notice.

Rachel has lived in Austin since 2003, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a Business Foundations Certificate. Rachel is a member of the Austin Film Society and the Austin Theatre Alliance, and has an affinity for live music, good food and traveling. 


Mary-Kate Pfiffner

Escrow Officer

Mary-Kate joined Corridor Title’s Team in March 2018, and has proved to be a remarkably quick study in the luxury residential sector of the title industry since she joined its ranks in 2014. Her attention to detail, commitment to the Firm’s valued clients, and collaboration with her Corridor Title colleagues make her a terrific addition to the team, and a true example of its values. Mary-Kate also deeply enjoys the purposeful work associated with residential real estate, and her belief in its purpose is reflected in the form and substance of her work.

Mary-Kate grew up in Dallas, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance & Real Estate, and loves living in Austin. Mary-Kate and her golden retriever, Finn, are often found on the Greenbelt and Lady Bird Lake, and she loves to try new restaurants and travel as she has the opportunity.     



Nicole Dorman

Escrow Assistant

Nicole joined Corridor Title's Team in August 2015, and has been enthusiastically welcomed to her role on the Austin Escrow Team by her colleagues and the firm's valued clients. Nicole benefits from a deep experience in the customer service sector, with perspective from prior roles as Co-Manager of a successful restaurant and Team Lead for a seasonal sales company. Nicole is eager to learn new things and to grow in her knowledge within the Title Industry, and Corridor Title is excited to welcome her aboard and to grow with her over time.

Nicole grew up in Lake Tahoe (California) and Hawaii (the Big Island), is a Southern Oregon University graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and an emphasis in Applied Multimedia, and is a freelance graphic designer in her spare time. She loves live music, warm weather, the outdoors, travel and art - Austin is the perfect fit!


Robert Kinsey

Escrow Assistant 


Robert joined Corridor Title in April 2019, bringing with him several years of commercial and residential escrow experience.  His prior experience as an Executive Assistant and Program Manager for a non-profit gave him valuable knowledge that he’s been able to translate into the escrow world.  Robert was able to jump right in and immediately made a positive impact for his team and Corridor Title clients.  Robert strives for organized transactions, educating his clients on every aspect to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.  His desire for exceptional customer service fits perfectly with Corridor Title values. 
Robert has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Visual Art Education and satisfies his artistic interests through pottery and painting.






Glenna Knox

Office Manager & Administrative Assistant

Glenna joined Corridor Title’s Team in June 2018, and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. Glenna began her professional career in 2003 spanning the financial and aviation industries, as well as the ministry, with a common thread being a love of people and a commitment to treating every individual with the sincerity and respect that they deserve.

Glenna & her family reside in the small community of Coupland, Texas & are aspiring apiarists. Glenna attended Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas where she studied Divinity. She has always been inspired by Winston Churchill – particularly the following quote: “The price of greatness is responsibility.”
