General Directions

Corridor Title's Austin location is proximate to Downtown, accessible to Mopac Boulevard, and provides ample onsite parking. From Mopac Boulevard, exit 5th Street and merely take a right at the first light, Campbell. From Downtown, take 6th Street west toward Mopac Boulevard, past West Lynn, and then take a left on Campbell. Stay straight on Campbell through the light at 5th Street. From Tarrytown, the most convenient route is east on Lake Austin Boulevard, under Mopac Boulevard, continuing east on 5th Street. And from Clarksville or Old Enfield, the most convenient route is south on West Lynn. Once you enter the Gables 5th Street Commons Parking Garage at the corner of Campbell and 5th Street, continue straight and find any of the ample parking places, preferably closer to the far end of the garage. Once you park and emerge by foot onto 5th Street, you cannot miss us - we're directly across from Don's Depot.

Adding Value within the Austin Market

Kim Fernea, Senior Vice President of Development & Operations, directs Corridor Title's development efforts related to our Austin 5th Street Office, and does so in partnership with her colleagues Lizzy Jarvis and Brittany Morrison. Since its founding in October 2010, Corridor Title has focused in a narrow and deep manner within the markets it serves. And our succcess across product type within Austin, Dripping Springs, New Braunfels and San Marcos has been a result of our specific focus on the markets themselves, in which we deliver on Corridor Title's value proposition of local market knowledge that is unaparalled in our industry. In short, Corridor Title has never tried to position ourselves as everyone's title company - we instead carve out a narrow niche, stick to it, and deliver unparalleled service within it. We extended this strategy to our efforts within the Austin market as we opened for business in service to the luxury residential market in June 2014, and have expanded our focus in Austin as we opened our Commercial Escrow Division in August 2018. In both the luxury residential and commercial industry segments, Corridor Title's commitment to providing world class service has earned a reputation for excellence within its growing clientele and the region at-large.
