Corridor Title places the value of excellence at our foundation, and my colleagues and I strive for continuous improvement across department and location. If we failed to meet your expectations in any manner, however, we take seriously your opinion and greatly desire your unvarnished input.

As you bring any concerns to our attention, you may do so in one of two ways. First, please feel free to contact me directly by phone at (512) 894-0187. Second, please feel free to complete our Consumer Complaint Form and submit it via email, fax or regular mail. After your complaint is submitted in either manner, our colleagues and I will go to work, and you will hear an earnest and complete response from me personally and directly.

Corridor Title maintains a Consumer Complaint Log of all complaints received and tracks the status of our efforts toward resolution of each. Our Executive Team and I regularly review the log, analyze trends, and incorporate any lessons learned into ongoing employee training.

Through Corridor Title’s partnership with our Clients across the Central Texas Region, we are building a locally-owned Company in a sustainable and personal manner that will thrive, on behalf of our Clients and Community, for the long-term.
